Durga Mata Idol Discovered In Mancherial District

Hajipur: An idol of Goddess Durga was discovered during excavations in Mancherial district. As per the instructions of the Swamiji who came to Nelamaliga village as part of the Godavari Parikrama Yatra, the idol of Goddess Durga was found today. People came in large numbers to see the excavations conducted after special pujas. During the excavations, some devotees were shaken by the punakas.
As part of the Godavari Parikrama Yatra, on the 12th of this month, the priest of the Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, along with the priests of Varanasi and Uttar Pradesh, and several Swamis came to Mancherial district. On this occasion, they showed a place on the way to Pushkaraghat on the banks of Godavari in Nelamaliga, Mulkala mandal, and said that there was some unknown power there. Videos related to this recently went viral on social media. With this, the locals, who took permission from the owner of the place, conducted excavations today after performing special pujas. During these excavations, an idol of Goddess Durga sitting on a lion was discovered. Knowing this, people from Mancherial town and other places came in large numbers and performed special pujas to the idol of the goddess. As Swamiji said, all the villagers are expressing joy after the idol of Goddess Durga was discovered there. They say that this is the good fortune of their village.
