Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin honors conservation workers for cleanup efforts after cyclone
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Tuesday announced that he has provided an effective incentive of Rs 4,000 to about 3,449 conservation workers. These workers played an important role in cleaning the garbage caused by Cyclone Michong in Chennai. The workers mobilized from various districts of the state played a decisive role in the management and cleaning of the waste accumulated in the city and its suburbs following the devastation caused by the cyclone in four districts. An official release said the Minister Principal personally handed over the amount as a token of appreciation for their dedicated efforts in the elimination of waste. The commitment and hard work of the workers did not go unnoticed and the Minister Principal expressed his appreciation for them on social network platforms.
