Tamil Nadu: Vice President is coming to Salem today

Tamil Nadu: Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan is coming to Salem on Friday to attend a function at the Indian Handloom Technology Institute.

The Indian Handloom Technology Institute, a central government institution, operates in Ponnammapet, Salem. A new building has been constructed there. Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan is traveling to Salem by private plane to attend its inauguration ceremony.

He will arrive in Kamalapuram by plane at 10:25 a.m. on Friday and then proceed to the event venue. He will inaugurate the new building there. Afterward, he will depart for Delhi by plane in the afternoon. Metropolitan Police Commissioner Anil Kumar Giri and officials are making security arrangements for this event.
