Teacher forced sex with girl, gangraped her after marriage
Churu. A case of gang rape of a girl has come to light in Churu, Rajasthan. It is being told that in the year 2019, the accused called the girl on the pretext of giving her 12th class paper and then raped her. He also made obscene photos and videos of the girl. The accused continued raping the girl by threatening to make the video and photo viral. In the year 2023, he married the victim in Delhi. He took the victim to Nepal border and got his friends gang-raped. On the complaint of the girl, the police have registered a case and started investigating the matter.
Actually, the matter is of Sadar police station area of Churu. The victim told the police that she was studying in 12th class in the year 2019. He was identified with Naveen Jangid, who lives in Ratan Nagar, the same school. Before the half-yearly examination, Naveen deceived her that he had the examination papers. The victim further said that the accused took her to a house in Poonia Colony of the city on the pretext of providing her papers. There he raped me and made obscene videos. After this Naveen started threatening me to make the video viral.
The victim told that both of us started studying in college. In January 2021, the accused called the victim to a cafe located near Lohia College. When the victim refused, he called her threatening to make the video viral. They took her into the room, raped her forcefully and took photographs. Similarly, on July 9, 2023, the accused again called her to a cafe and raped her. During this time my family got me engaged to someone else. When Naveen came to know about this, he started harassing him.
On August 17, 2023, the accused called the victim and called her outside the house. He also blackmailed me and said that if I did not come with him, the accused would paste her obscene photos in her future in-laws’ house, house and locality. The accused was waiting for the victim with his friends near the house. Due to fear, the victim went into the house with him without informing him. After this, all three forcibly did wrong things with the victim and made a video of it. The accused took him to Delhi and started threatening him and demanding money. On the other hand, the victim’s family lodged a missing report at the police station.
After this, the victim went to her aunt’s house in Delhi and stole money and jewelery from there. The accused took her to Delhi court and married her. The next day, the accused sent his friends back and took the victim to the Nepal border. There the accused’s friend Krishna came and took him to the factory. After this, both of them, under the influence of alcohol, continued to force themselves into sexual acts with her for three-four days. Suddenly one day the accused left her and ran away. After this the victim informed her family members. The family members reached the spot and took him home and lodged an FIR in the police station. In this case, based on the statement of the victim, the police have started investigation by registering an FIR against Naveen Jangid, Krishna Kumar and two people under various sections including POCSO. This case is being investigated by ASP Jaisingh Tanwar of Mahila Cell.
