Teachers did not receive salary for two months

Bilaspur. The employees’ organization has submitted a memorandum to the District Election Officer on Friday demanding payment of pending salaries of teachers engaged in election work. The employee organization has said that election work will be affected if salaries are not paid.

In fact, due to the amendment in the promotion of about 700 teachers of the district engaged in election work to the post of Principal Reader, salary payment has been stopped unilaterally for the last two months. Due to non-payment of salaries during the festive season, these teachers are facing many problems in running their families. The organization has demanded payment of pending salaries.
