Teachers got big relief from High Court

Bilaspur. The High Court has given great relief in the matter of promotion of assistant teachers to the post of teacher and promotion from teacher to the post of head reader. In fact, the single bench of Justice Arvind Chandel had given permission to the petitioner teachers to join the old schools. Even after this, the state government did not join these teachers. On which the teachers again filed a petition demanding posting.

The High Court has ordered the state government to give joining to the teachers in the modified schools within 10 days. Let us tell you that after the scam in teacher promotion posting came to light, the state government had canceled the amendment order.

Assistant teachers of the state have been promoted to the post of teachers. After this, he was given notation and posting in various schools. Hundreds of teachers were posted in remote schools. By applying against this in the Education Department, he got his posting modified and got orders issued for the nearby schools. Following allegations of transactions worth lakhs in lieu of the amendment order, the state government had issued an order on September 4 canceling the amendment order and unilaterally relieving the teachers.
