Tehsildar threatened, BJP leader in police custody
MCB. The District Vice President of Bharatpur Janpad Panchayat has been arrested for entering the office and abusing the Tehsildar. The District Vice President was pressurizing the Tehsildar to forcibly register the sale of land. On June 1, the district vice president and BJP leader had entered the Tehsildar’s office and abused him. Tehsildar complained about the matter in the police station. After which the accused BJP leader was arrested.
Tehsildar Viplav Srivastava was working in Janakpur SDM office on 1 June. Only then BJP leader and District Vice President Durga Shankar Mishra reached there. The BJP leader told the Tehsildar that “You don’t pick up my phone.” And while abusing, he threatened to see if he comes to power. District Vice President Durga Shankar Mishra wanted to get his land related work done under pressure. Tehsildar told that there were some mistakes in it, then he got angry and started saying that he does not know me? After this he said that let the power come, then I will tell.
The accused has threatened to kill the Tehsildar by abusing him. The Janakpur police has registered an offense under sections 294, 353,189, 506, 186 against the accused district vice-president and BJP leader in the case. At present, the Janakpur police has arrested the accused.
