Telangana Governor dissolved the assembly

Hyderabad: Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan took the resolution of the state assembly on Monday. The decision was taken in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 174 (2) (b) of the Constitution of India. An official statement issued by the Raj Bhavan said that, as a result of the resolution adopted by the Council of Ministers, the Second Legislative Assembly has been dissolved with effect from the afternoon of December 3.
