Tension in Sandeshkhali after attack on police camp

Kolkata: Tension prevailed in the area after an attack on a police camp in Sandeshkhali, West Bengal on Tuesday. A constable was injured in the attack that took place late on Monday night. He was admitted to the local hospital. Police have detained three people in the case. Local police said that a group of miscreants entered a temporary police camp located at the flood center in Shitulia area in Sandeshkhali late on Monday night. The police officer said, “The miscreants beat the policemen present there with rods and sticks.
