New Delhi: A shocking case has come to light from Ghaziabad on the day of Diwali. Here a person died after an iron rod was filled with gunpowder and exploded behind him. The matter is of Diwali night. It is being told that while people were busy celebrating Diwali, a person filled the gunpowder in the iron road behind the victim and detonated it, due to which the veins in his legs burst and there was a lot of bleeding.
The victim was immediately taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. A video of this incident has also surfaced. The matter is of Jhandapur area of Ghaziabad. The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Afsal Ansari. The accused is said to be absconding since the incident. According to the information, this entire incident was also captured in the CCTV cameras installed in the area.
Giving information about the incident, Sahibabad ACP Bhaskar Verma said that the accused is absconding after the incident. He used a crude ‘naal’-like explosive iron rod and detonated the gunpowder behind the victim. Due to this, the veins in the victim’s legs burst and there was a lot of blood loss. He was taken to MMG District Hospital, but doctors declared him dead. ACP said that Ansari’s family has also filed a complaint against the accused.
In the video that surfaced, some people can be seen in a small street. Then the accused starts walking with another person and blasts him with a cord. Immediately thereafter the victim falls to the ground.
Let us tell you, ‘Naal’ is a raw hollow iron rod in which people fill gunpowder at one end and hit the rod on the ground to explode the gunpowder. People also attach a handle to one end of the iron rod and press it hard from behind to explode the gunpowder loaded at the other end of the strip.
