Mumbai: The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) administration has launched a new initiative to address key employee demands and improve the organization’s operations. On Friday, the administration directed officials to prepare an action plan with a set timeline to fulfill the major demands of recognized employee unions. A joint meeting was held at BEST Bhavan on July 17, presided over by BEST Committee Chairperson Trushna Vishwasrao.
