The dead body of the laborer was found in the pond, he was addicted to drugs
Janjgir-Champa. A decomposed body of a youth was found in a pond in the district. The body has been identified as Karan Dinkar (35). The case is of Chandipara of Pamgarh police station area. According to the information, the villagers saw that the body was floating in the pond in Chandipara which was in a badly decomposed condition. On receiving the information, the police team reached the spot and took the body out of the pond and started identifying it.
During this time, the deceased was identified as Karan Dinkar (35). The youth’s house is at a distance of 200 meters from the pond. The family members of the deceased Karan Dinkar had informed the Pamgarh police station about his disappearance on December 15.
The body of the youth has been recovered after 21 days. The family members said that Karan Dinkar used to work as a daily wage laborer and was addicted to drugs. Police station in-charge Manohar Sinha said that the forensic team has investigated. No signs of murder have been found. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem.
