A similar incident was seen in booth numbers 92 and 93 of Lormi Nagar Panchayat, where the dispute that started between political party workers ended with the intervention of the Returning Officer.
According to the information, BJP workers were campaigning with dummy EVM machines within 100 meters outside polling booths 92 and 93, which was opposed by Janata Congress Chhattisgarh Jogi candidate Sagar Singh Bains. On receiving the information, Returning Officer Parvati Patel reached the spot, and the tents put up by all the political parties were removed and the workers were counseled. During this time, BJP candidate from Lormi Assembly and BJP State President Arun Saav were also present.
