Bilaspur. The matter of making manual caste, residence and income certificates through fake seal-signature of Tehsildar has been revealed. After registering a complaint by Tehsildar Atul Vaishnav, the Civil Line Police Station has started investigating the matter. In fact, applications were invited for the recruitment of Anganwadi workers and assistants in the Women and Child Development Department. Tuesday was the last date for submission of applications. It was found that fake manual caste and income certificates are being submitted along with the application. For this, manual caste-residence and income are being issued for Rs 400-500 by fake seal and signature of Tehsildar Atul Vaishnav. No one else is doing this work but active brokers in Tehsil office. These certificates have been issued in the names of Sadhna Ahirwar and Gayatri Khare.

Tehsildar Atul Vaishnav investigated, and seized fake caste, residence and income certificates from broker Mukesh Khare. Broker Mukesh Khare told in his statement that he used to make these fake caste, residence and income certificates through advocate Ramkumar Surya. However, the Civil Line Police is investigating the matter by registering a case against the accused.
