Elderly Sheetal Singh told that he works in agriculture and has two children. Both the children are married. He told that he will use that money after consulting the family. On the other hand, stall owner Aggarwal told that he has been selling lotteries for the last 15 years and earlier his father used to work there. Today, the third lottery of crores of rupees has been won for his stall, which is a matter of great happiness.
