The molester went to jail within 24 hours

Balod: The Daundi Police took immediate action against the molesting accused and sent him on remand. On the report of the victim, the accused Sunil Gaur, father Krishna Ram Gaur, aged 31 years, resident of village Narratola, police station Daundi, district Balod, after seeing the victim alone in the village at 2.00 pm on 11th September, after inquiring about the parents, said that the victim was not there. After some time, he went inside the victim’s house and molested the victim by forcefully holding her hands and arms.

After the victim informed about the incident, a report was lodged with the family. On the complaint, the crime was registered by the Women Investigation Officer, Miss Sita Goswami and taken up for investigation. Later the accused was arrested, produced before the Honorable Court and sent on judicial remand. In the proceedings of the case, police station in-charge Daundi Inspector Sunil Tirkey, S.P. Durjan Lal Lal Raote, Pr. Vishnu Taram, constable Khilavan Sinha had a commendable role.
