Patna (IANS). Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Monday that the sooner elections are held in the country, the better. We are always ready for elections.
During his visit to Bihar, the country’s Home Minister Amit Shah had said on Saturday that elections can be held in Bihar soon.
When journalists asked Nitish Kumar about this statement on Monday, he said that they want to hold elections in the entire country soon, so they should do it soon, we are waiting.
He said that the sooner elections are held, the better. We are ready all the time. The Government of India has the right. Parliament elections can also be held a little earlier.
On the possible bill to be brought in the Parliament regarding the Election Commission, the Chief Minister said that people from all the parties will present their views on whatever comes to the fore, let everything come out now, then everyone will present their views.
