The story of Nanibai’s mother started with Kalash Yatra.

Committee coordinator Indrakumar Tiwari told that the Kalash Yatra started from Shri Charbhujanath Temple Malola intersection with the music of the band and reached the story place via the main road of Vivekananda Vidyalaya, Gayatri Nagar. Hundreds of men and women were dancing and singing in the Kalash Yatra. Nanibai’s mother’s pothi was on the head of the chief host Indrakumar Tiwari and Preeti Ametta adorned Thakur ji in her hands. Tulsi Maiya, Bhupendra Ameta took it. Speaking from Vyas Peeth in the story, Bal Vyas Pujya Ms. Deepa Dadhich told that – ‘Narsi Mehta was born in the small village Talaja of Junagadh city of Gujarat, but Narsi was deaf and dumb since birth. Narsi ji lived with his grandmother. With the blessings of Thakur ji, he started speaking and listening. Narsi ji started doing a lot of devotion and expressed his desire to meet Radha Krishna by pleasing Lord Shankar. Lord Shankar appeared and gave darshan of Radha Krishna to Narsi Mehta.

Thakur ji performed Maharas along with Narsi Mehta and gave the raga of Kartal, Manjire, Tulsiji’s garland and Kedar to Narsi Mehta and said that whenever you sing this raga, I will personally help you. When Narsi ji started doing devotion while being hungry and thirsty, God got worried. God gave Narsi ji so much wealth that he could eat in one sitting for 12 generations. But Narsi ji gave all the money and food. One generation was removed in one month, in 12 months the money was invested in temple, cowshed and other charitable works and at that time Narsi ji had a daughter whose name was Nani Bai, Narsi ji married Nani Bai in Bade Thaath Bath Nagar Anjar. I did it at Shrirangji’s place. After Nani Bai’s marriage, Narsi Mehta assumed the form of a recluse and started living on Ram Sarovar Pal. Those who had kept the money with Narsiji came back to collect their money and Narsi ji wrote a Hundi in the name of God and God Saawariya took the form of Sawal Seth and returned their money by becoming an accountant named Sawal. At the end, after the aarti of Lord and Vyaspeetha, kheer prasad was distributed. Hundreds of devotees including Satyanarayan Bhatt, Narulal Sharma, social worker Rajendra Singh Rathod, Karni Sena Mahila District President Manju Kanwar Rathore, Vijayalakshmi Pareek, Chandrakala Ameta, Umadevi Ameta, Gopal Vyas, Rampal Sharma were present on this occasion.
