Kollapur: State Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said that the teachings of Jesus are a guide for the world and are practical. He attended the Christmas love feast program at the Mahabub Function Hall in Kollapur town as the chief guest on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that if a person’s life is to be meaningful, he should follow the path of love and equality taught by Jesus. He said that when a person is born, there is a breath, but after a person dies, only a name remains.
He said that they should take inspiration from the teachings of Jesus, which are to love everyone and put everyone on the right path. He said that the path of Jesus teaches education, peace, equality and love. That is why everyone should walk on the right path. Later, he cut a cake and wished the Christian brothers and sisters a Merry Christmas, and also announced that Rs. 25 lakhs would be allocated for the Christian Community Cultural Hall. RDO Bhansilal, Tahsildars Bharat Kumar, Vijay Kumar, Srinivas, Raj Kumar, RI Govind Reddy, Revenue Department staff and pastors of various churches participated in this program.
