Dhamtari. The police have arrested the accused who committed thefts in three different places in Kurud areas. According to the police, in the first case Kamal Sharma father Shyam Sharma age 32 years Sakin Gandhi Chowk Kurud Thana Kurud Canal Road from inside Ambedkar Bhavan on the report of theft of Motor Tullu Pump by unknown thieves in the middle of the night on 09.10.07.2023 Crime in Thana Kurud Sl. 497/23 Section 457,380 IPC was taken into consideration.
Case 2 – Devendra Patel father Prakash Patel age 47 years Sakin Sanjay Nagar Kurud report filed that unknown accused kept copper 4 pieces silver idol of Lakshmi Mata in two piggy bank in pooja room cash amount ₹ 18000/- a 0ppo company Crime no. 492/23 Section 457,380 IPC was established and taken into consideration.

On which, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police, Madhulika Singh, under the leadership of SDOP.Kurud Krishna Kumar Patel, the station in-charge Kurud Inspector Deepa Kenwat inspected the statement of the applicant and the witnesses and the scene of the incident. Section 411 IPC has been added and 34 IPC has been added in the case after accused Poku Devar has committed the offense of buying stolen property. On finding crime against the accused in the case and in other cases as well, these three accused stole BAG CLOSER MACHINE, DRILL MACHINE, TILES CUTTER MACHINE, IRON ROD CUTTER MACHINE and BAG CLOSER MACHINE, DRILL MACHINE was stolen from Kabadi Poku Dewar. Accused Karan Singh Dhruvanshi, Dindayal Sahu, on accepting to sell for Rs. 1,500/- and dividing the received money among themselves and in the third case as well, on the basis of witnesses and evidence, identifying the child in conflict with the law (delinquent child) The accused Karan Singh Dhruvanshi, Dindayal Sahu, Poku Dewar were taken into custody after being interrogated in the police station, on accepting the crime in front of the witnesses. Section 411 IPC has been added and 34 IPC has been added in the case after the accused Poku Dewar recovered the property on the spot and found to have committed the crime of buying stolen property.
