Bhilai. Due to leakage in the rising pipeline of 77 MLD, water supply will be disrupted in many areas of Bhilai and Risali Corporation. Today is the second day of leakage shutdown in the pipeline, but there will be no water supply in 3.5 lakh houses this evening and tomorrow morning.

After the leakage in this pipeline, the corporation administration has taken a two-day shutdown. Repair work is going on in front of Nehru Nagar Gurdwara since morning, due to which supply of drinking water will be disrupted in Khursipar, Cantonment, Gautam Nagar, Housing Board, Chandra Maurya, Vaishali Nagar, Mother Teresa Nagar and Kohka areas. Due to leakage in this pipeline, water will not be supplied to 18 tanks of 32 thousand litres. Corporation commissioner Rohit Vyas told that a two-day shutdown has been taken, but it is expected that the work will be completed by late night.
