Thieves trapped in police net, gang of 6 members exposed

Jashpur. To catch the miscreants who steal expensive bikes in Pathalgaon area, the police has laid an ambush like Naxalites and arrested 6 people including the gang leader. Police have seized 24 bikes from the accused. A case has been registered against everyone and further action is being taken.

Jashpur Superintendent of Police Shashi Mohan Singh said that to catch these miscreants, they were successful in catching the accused by placing the bait of 3 expensive bikes at different places of theft. Police have seized a total of 24 stolen bikes from the accused.

He further told that the gang of miscreants used to carry out theft incidents in Surguja, Jashpur and Raigarh districts. To reach the gang of these miscreants, their own action plan was used. After which half a dozen children including the kingpin have been arrested. Five expensive bikes have also been seized from the vicious criminal of Pathalgaon involved in this gang.
