Three people died due to electric shock in hospital

New Delhi: Three people have died due to electric shock in a private hospital in Ranhaula area of Delhi. There was electric shock in the water tank of the hospital located in Vikas Nagar of Ranhaula. All three people who died were hospital employees.

It is being told that there is an underground water tank in the hospital. Three people working as electricians in the hospital had gone to the water tank for some repairs. But due to some electrical wire coming in contact with water in the tank, the current was lost.

The fire department and Delhi Police were informed about the incident at around quarter to three. All three employees were taken out and admitted to the hospital. Doctors declared him dead. Electricity has been cut off as a precaution. The police have started investigating the matter to find out at what level such negligence took place.
