Tikrapara police caught smuggler

In the same sequence, the team of Narcotics Cell formed under Anti Crime and Cyber Unit received information that a person was keeping banned narcotic tablets near Mathpuraina Simran City Gate under Tikrapara police station area and was planning to sell them. On which Additional Superintendent of Police West Shri Jai Prakash Carpenter, Additional Superintendent of Police Crime Pitambar Patel, City Superintendent of Police Purani Basti Rajesh Chaudhary and Deputy Superintendent of Police Crime Dinesh Sinha verified the information to the in-charge Anti Crime and Cyber Unit and police station incharge Tikrapara and arrested the accused. On which the joint team of Anti Crime and Cyber Unit and Tikrapara police station went to the said place, traced the person of the description given by the informer, identified him and arrested him. During interrogation, the person revealed his name to be Martin Samuel alias Goldie, resident of Tikrapara Raipur. When the team members searched the bag kept with him, it was found that a banned drug tablet named Nitrotane was kept in the bag. When Martin Samuel alias Goldie was asked to produce valid documents or other documents in connection with the possession of the said banned narcotic tablets, he was continuously trying to mislead the team members by not presenting any valid documents or papers of any kind. On which the accused Martin Samuel was arrested and a total of 2000 pieces of banned drug Nitrotane tablets worth about Rs 45,000/- were seized from his possession and action was taken against the accused by registering crime number 552/2023 under Section 22(C) Narcotic Act in Tikrapara police station. Went. A detailed inquiry is being conducted regarding where the banned drug tablets were brought by the accused.
