Timely disposal of public hearing cases – District Collector, district level public hearing organized
District Collector Lok Bandhu on Thursday held a public hearing at the Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra and redressed the problems of the common people on the spot and gave instructions to the concerned officials for quick resolution of the remaining problems. While giving instructions for speedy disposal of pending cases on public hearing and contact portal held in the past, he said that the cases of today’s hearing should be disposed of within the next one week.
Resolve the problems of common people with sensitivity
During the public hearing, District Collector Lok Bandhu, while hearing various public problems including land dispute, electricity bill, employment, NFSA, encroachment, Jan Aadhaar verification, pension case, road repair, drinking water, illegal construction, PM Awas Yojana and water logging, instructed the concerned departments to provide quick relief. He said that for quick resolution of public problems, a three-tier arrangement has been made for public hearing at gram panchayat, sub-division and district level respectively on every Thursday of the month. At the sub-division level, a public hearing program is organized on every second Thursday from 11 am. Common people can present their problems in front of the officials by attending the public hearing, for which all possible efforts will be made to solve them.
Settle pending cases of pension soon
Instructing to complete 100% pending annual verification under the State Government’s flagship scheme Social Security Pension in 15 days, the District Collector said that the officials concerned should form a team at the local level and complete the work of door-to-door verification. He said that the officers should ensure that the benefits of various flagship schemes run by the state government reach the common people and solve public problems with awareness and sensitivity.
Make the benefits of flagship schemes accessible to the general public
The District Collector said that the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Accident Insurance Scheme, Chief Minister Free Medicine Distribution Scheme, Chief Minister Free Investigation Scheme, Chief Minister Free Uniform Scheme, Chief Minister Bal Gopal Yojana, Mid-Day Meal, Mahatma Gandhi Government English Medium School and other schemes run by the state government should be sure to reach the common people.
District level officers including Additional District Collector City Mrs. Bina Mahawar, Additional District Superintendent of Police Rajendra Arya, Sub-Divisional Officer Bharatpur Devendra Singh Parmar, Assistant Collector and District Logistics Officer Sushri Bharti Bhardwaj were present in the public hearing and sub-division level officers were connected through VC.
