Tokhan Sahu wrote a letter to the Union Education Minister

In his letter, he has demanded the establishment of Navodaya Vidyalaya in Chhattisgarh’s tribal-dominated district Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. Union Minister of State Sahu informed the Education Minister in the letter that the poor tribals and weaker sections in the district are not getting the benefit of advanced education.
