Trailer of ‘Jawaan’ sets internet on fire, netizens are blown away by Shahrukh’s swag
Mumbai (IANS). The trailer of Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Jawaan’, full of action and impressive dialogues, was released on Thursday. The two-minute-forty-five-second long trailer begins with Shahrukh Khan saying in his own voice, “There was a king, one after the other, losing each battle… Hungry and thirsty, he was wandering in the jungle and was very angry. “
In the trailer, Shahrukh’s character is shown swimming in the sea, with blood on his hands and completely bandaged. After this, action takes place in a kidnapping scene.
An interesting scene from the film has been shown, in which bald Shahrukh Khan is seen holding people hostage in the metro.
A voice comes: “Tell me what do you want?”
Shahrukh then says, “We want Alia Bhatt.”
The trailer of the film shows a glimpse of Shahrukh as ‘Jawan’, in which he is a soldier, wearing a uniform and sporting a moustache.
The trailer also features Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Nayanthara and Deepika Padukone, who is even seen fighting with Shahrukh.
There is also a tinge of comedy in the trailer.
In the film, a child actor is seen asking Shahrukh whether his hair is real or dyed. Shahrukh’s evil laugh makes him cough.
Shahrukh is also seen waving the gun and saying: “Jab main villain banta hoon na…”
In the film, Vijay Sethupathi plays the role of Kali, the world’s fourth largest arms dealer.
Another dialogue which is being liked a lot is when Shahrukh says: “We are young. You can risk your life 1000 times but only for the country. If not for country sellers like you… then there is no black deal.”
After this, Shahrukh’s action-packed avatar as a young man is seen. He says: “Before touching the son, talk to the father.”
Towards the end, Shah Rukh’s negative avatar is heard talking to Nayanthara, who asks him: “What more do you want?”
To which he replies: “Sing a song,” and the classic ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ starts playing in the background.
Jaawaan will be released worldwide on 7 September 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
