Transfer list of judges released
Raipur: Registrar General of Chhattisgarh High Court has issued transfer orders of District and Sessions Judge of Bilaspur, Family Court Judge of Balrampur, CJM of Raipur and other civil judges. Ramshankar Prasad has been made the new District and Sessions Judge of Bilaspur.
On the instructions of the Chief Justice of the High Court, Registrar General Arvind Kumar Verma has issued transfer orders of half a dozen officers associated with the judicial service. This includes civil judges, entry level, junior and senior level judges as well as officers associated with higher judicial services. According to the transfer order issued, District and Sessions Judge Ashok Kumar Sahu posted in Bilaspur has been transferred to Balrampur. Here he has been made the District and Sessions Judge. In his place, Balrampur’s Family Court Principal Judge Ramshankar Prasad has been given the responsibility of District and Sessions Judge in Bilaspur. Along with this, Civil Judge Class I and CJM Bhupendra Kumar Wasnikar posted in Raipur has been transferred to North Bastar Kanker. Whereas, Kumari Divya Goyal Civil Judge Class 2 from Raipur is Civil Judge Class 2 in Revenue District Sakti, Neeraj Srivastava Civil Judge Class 2 from Bilaspur is Civil Judge Class 2 Raigarh.
