Transfer orders of 9 joint directors issued in Chennai
Chennai: Several joint directors (JDs) in the Directorate of School Education (DSE) were transferred on Monday, according to a circular issued by the department. School Education Secretary J Kumaragurubaran issued the transfer orders of nine joint directors in the department. According to the appointment orders, S Sukanya, joint director (administration), Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), has been appointed as joint director (administration), State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), while S Gopidas, joint director, higher education, has been appointed as joint director (administration), DEE.
A new post of joint director, Integrated School Education has been created in place of N Anandhi, the present joint director, Teacher Recruitment Board (TRB), Chennai. Besides, A Gnana Gowri, joint director (administration), SCERT, has now been appointed as joint director (higher education), DSE. K Sridevi, J.D. (aided school), has now been appointed as J.D., TRB.
Besides, S. Shathi, J.D., Directorate of Private Schools is now J.D. (Aided Schools), D.E.E. M. Ramakrishnan, J.D. (Vocational Education) is now J.D., Directorate of Private Schools. The J.D. being transferred from Madurai is V. Jayakumar, presently J.D. (Kallar Reclamation). He has now been appointed to the post of J.D. (Vocational Education). K. Manusamy, J.D., will take over the former post of T.R.B. Jayakumar.
