Himachal: Plastic waste on the roadside is becoming a threat to the environment

Himachal Pradesh: Plastic waste including water bottles and food wrappers are being carelessly dumped on road side slopes, causing great harm to the environment. This irresponsible behaviour must be stopped and strict action including fines must be taken against persons throwing garbage in open areas.
