Truck accident in Bhubaneswar, driver abandons vehicle and escapes
Bhubaneswar: A truck accident has occurred on the bridge in Raghunathpur area of Bhubaneswar on Friday, said reliable reports.
The truck laden with sand was seen hanging from the bridge in Bhubaneswar in a scary way. The truck driver reportedly lost control over the vehicle and the bridge barricade was broken in the crash.
The Hiva driver was coming to Bhubaneswar from Nandankanan when the said incident took place. The truck rammed into and broke the bridge barricade due to the loss of balance.
At the scene of the incident, the Nandankanan police are engaged in the arrangement of lifting the truck and are clearing the lane with traffic control.
It is worth mentioning that as soon as the truck crashed, the driver alighted from the vehicle and escaped the spot. Further detailed reports in this regard is awaited.
