Truck crushed four people, two killed and two injured, driver absconded, incident captured in CCTV
Greater Noida (IANS). An uncontrollable and speeding truck crushed two motorcycles on NH-91 in Greater Noida. Two people died and two people were seriously injured in the incident. The injured are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The driver fled as the bike got stuck under the truck. The entire incident has been recorded in CCTV. The police is probing the matter and the truck driver is on the lookout.
The accident happened on Monday afternoon on NH-91 in Badalpur police station area of Greater Noida. The truck was going at high speed. Meanwhile, a motorcycle that came ahead was crushed by the truck driver. Then, the other motorcycle also came under the grip of the truck.
Soon after the accident, the driver fled leaving the truck. Two people including a child died on the spot in the accident. Whereas, a woman and a man have been injured. After the accident, there was a jam on the highway. After which the police reached the spot and took the injured to the nearest hospital.
At the same time, the bodies of the dead were taken into custody and sent for postmortem. The entire incident has been recorded in the CCTV of a company. The police have taken the truck into custody and are looking for the driver by registering a case in this matter.
