TTD JE Veerabrahmam directs officials to prepare for annual Brahmotsav

Tirupati: TTD JE Veerabrahmam directed the concerned officials to make preparations for the annual Brahmotsavam to be held at Vontimitta in April this year.

He held a review meeting with the heads of departments in his room in the TTD administrative building on Tuesday evening.

Veerabrahamam directed the engineering officials to start the necessary preparatory work for barricades, queue lines, galleries, distribution of Annaprasadam, water and lighting etc. Since more devotees are expected for Sitaram Kalyanam, he asked officials to be prepared for the big event.

He also directed to prepare an action plan for maintenance of cleanliness, preparation of Talambaralu and coordination of security arrangements. The JEO also asked the officials to take advice from the Agama advisors and religious staff of Sri Kodanda Ramalayam in Vontimitta and prepare a Brahmotsavam booklet with day-to-day details of the festival.
