The bike rider stuck his hand in the car window and made him run for 3 kilometers. Police have arrested two accused traveling in the car. In this incident under Kotwali police station of Durg city, a Swift car rider whose vehicle number was CG-04 NJ 5437 first hit a boy riding a bike in Patel Chowk, when the bike rider went to talk to the youth in the car. They trapped his hand in glass and carried him three kilometers away and also tried to make him fall by rubbing him against the wall. After that, they took the car to Amar Heights Society, Shivnath River Road, from there they did not find a way to escape, so two youths got down and ran away and the rest of the people in the car were caught with the help of the people nearby.

CSP Durg Mani Shankar Chandra said that a boy was coming on a bike in Patel Chowk under Kotwali police station, who had an accident with the car. When the bike driver went to discuss the collision with the car driver, they abused him, stuck his hand in the car window, closed the window and dragged him far away. A crime has been registered in the Kotwali police station on this incident. Both the accused have been arrested and the Swift car was also seized. Both the accused are residents of Raipur. Police have arrested the accused car driver Zaheeruddin (32 years), native of village Taralim police station Berla Bemetara, Hall Mukam Kamal Chowk Rameshwar Nagar Bhanpuri Raipur and Lokesh Markam (20 years), resident of village Taralim Police Station Berla District Bemetara Hall Mukam Raipur.
