Raipur. Two operators of the sales shop have been arrested. According to the information, Shahid Hussain Shah, resident of Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, who is the representative of Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company, is authorized to file complaints against those selling counterfeit goods on behalf of the company. A report was lodged in Police Station Golbazar that Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company are being sold by Kumar Rangwani, director of Annapurna Sales located in Nayapara under Police Station Golbazar area.
Taking the matter seriously by Senior Superintendent of Police Prashant Agarwal, Additional Superintendent of Police City/Crime Abhishek Maheshwari, Deputy Superintendent of Police Crime Dinesh Sinha, In-charge Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Inspector. Yogesh Kumar Kashyap, station in-charge, Golbazar, was directed to take necessary action, that under the direction of senior officers, the joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Police Station Golbazar, visiting the said shop, the representative Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company’s materials On checking the material was found to be counterfeit. On which the fake products of Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company, various school bags, compasses, pencils, toys, diary, water bottle Jumla worth about Rs 1,40,000/- were seized from the possession of Kumar Rangwani, director of Annapurna Sales Shop After arresting the accused Kumar Rangwani, action was taken against the accused by registering crime number 169/23 Section 63 Copyright Act, 103 Trademark Act in Police Station Golbazar.

Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company are also being sold by Sanjay Devani, director of Pooja Traders located in Nayapara under the same police station Golbazar area. On which the joint team of Golbazar police went to the said shop and checked the materials of representative Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company, the materials were found to be fake. On which fake products of Disney Enterprises inc and Marvel Characters inc company, various school bags, compasses, pencils, toys, diary, water bottle Jumla worth about Rs. After arresting Sanjay Devani, action was taken against the accused by registering crime number 170/2023, section 63 of the Copyright Act, 103 of the Trademark Act in Golbazar police station.
