Two terrorists killed in encounter in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar (IANS). Two terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday. Sources gave this information.

Police said, “One more terrorist has been killed. Thus two terrorists have been killed. The search operation is going on.”

The firing, which is still ongoing, started after a joint team of police and security forces received information about the presence of terrorists in the forward area of Uri in Baramulla district.

After the security forces surrounded the area, the terrorists hiding there started firing and the security forces retaliated.

Several terrorists have been killed in encounters between militants and security forces across Kashmir in recent times.
