Two truck drivers steal bars worth lakhs, FIR registered in Urla police station
Raipur. Two truck drivers betrayed the trust by not delivering the bars worth lakhs to the buyer. Urla police is looking for both. The first case is of Krishna Iron Factory Sarora. On June 16 afternoon, the driver of truck number WB-11B 6792 Raju Sharma had left for Balrampur UP after loading 15 tonnes of MS pipe from the factory. Its price has been said to be around 15 lakh 36742. Which did not reach the destination till Saturday. On the information of the buyer of Balrampur, on behalf of the factory management, Mahesh Purohit, a resident of Devendra Nagar, lodged a case under section 407 at Urla police station.
The second case has also been registered in Urla police station itself. JM Trading Company belongs to Urla. Manish Prasad, the driver of truck number WB-11B 9075, left for Darbhanga Bihar on June 20 evening after loading angle, channel plate and pipe. Their cost is Rs 16 lakh 8767. Manish did not reach the destination with the goods till yesterday evening. On this, Manish Popatani resident of Mahavir Nagar lodged a report on behalf of JM management at Urla police station. In both the cases the trucks belong to the same transporter passing through West Bengal. And their departure from Raipur is also in an interval of four days. Police has registered a case under section 407 and started investigation.
