Umaria: Bike driver hits woman, was driving under the influence of alcohol

Umaria: A bike driver hit a woman and her child on the under-construction NH 43 Dhaurai under Pali area of Umaria district. The accused driver was driving the bike under the influence of alcohol. The accident occurred due to high speed. The woman was seriously injured in the accident.
According to the information, Rajni Vishwakarma’s husband Nirbal Vishwakarma is a resident of Ward No. 1 Dhaurai, who was going home from the farm with her child. During this time, bike rider Deepak Kumar, father of Rajesh Kumar, resident of Khamtra Bahrua district Katni, who was coming at a high speed, hit the woman. Accused Deepak was under the influence of alcohol. The condition of the woman is critical in the accident, while her son has suffered minor injuries.
After the accident, the woman was admitted to Community Health Center, Pali for treatment. After first aid, he has been referred to Shahdol Medical College.
