Uncle took her to the forest and raped her, arrested on niece’s complaint

Korba. Once again a case of straining relations has come to light in Chhattisgarh. Where an uncle raped his real niece in Korba. According to the information, the uncle of the innocent child lured him and took him to the forest and there made the innocent child a victim of his lust.

The innocent victim informed his family members about this. The family lodged a written complaint against the uncle at the Civil Lines police station. After which the police registered a crime against the accused under Section 376, POCSO Act and arrested him.

These days, incidents that embarrass relationships are continuously coming to light in the country. Crime against women is continuously increasing in the country. Even after taking action, it is not decreasing. Even if action is being taken somewhere, criminals are not missing out on carrying out such incidents after there is peace for a few days.
