Unnecessary items should be removed from government offices: Collector Garima Agarwal

Collector Garima Agarwal has instructed the officials to remove unnecessary items and equipment in every government office. As part of the Public Governance – Progress Plan 99-day program, a cleanliness program was organized in the district integrated office complex on Tuesday, and the Collector attended and inspected it. He visited various departments and checked the records. Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that as per the instructions of the state government, steps should be taken to ensure that every district department office and mandal office is kept clean at all times as part of the Public Governance – Progress Plan 99-day program.
It was clarified that the files and registers in the office should be prepared in store rooms and stored as per the rules. It was suggested that unnecessary things should be removed. He ordered that useless items and electronic devices in the office premises should be removed. The Collector said that plants should be planted in the available pots. Additional Collector Gaddam Nagesh, Collectorate AO Ram Reddy, and others participated along with the Collector.
