Upcoming web show ‘Revolution: Study Ki Ladai’ is educational rather than didactic: Mimoh Chakraborty
Mumbai . Actor Mahaakshay Chakraborty, known professionally as Mimoh Chakraborty, will soon be seen in the web project ‘Revolution – Badhaan Ki Ladai’. The actor said that this show is educational rather than didactic.
The show is based on the interesting and enlightening topic of various scams and malpractices of teachers in the edtech industry.
Talking about this, the actor said, “Youth are the future of our country. Due to the selfish reasons of some people, who only think about profiteering, their future can be played with.
Everything that is fancy and attractive is not always good and can have a dark side, which needs awareness. I personally feel that it is a great experience to be a part of it. The subject is not only new for the Indian audience, but is also educational in a good way without being preachy.
He further mentioned: “Apart from being an actor I am also a responsible citizen of this country and hence, it is great as an actor to be a part of a project that will give the right guidance to the youth.
Something that is very important for the future of this country. This is one of those projects where you are not just happy because you have performed well, but you also feel happy because you have contributed to a good cause. Such products are important for our future generations. I am looking forward to its release soon.
The show also takes into account the sufferings of various students and their parents who come under the influence of such edtech giants. It will soon be available to stream on Amazon Mini TV.
The actor also has several projects in the pipeline including ‘Haunted: Ghosts of the Past’, ‘Mission Majhi’, ‘Lanka’ and ‘Oye Bhootnike’. (IANS).
