UTI AMC allotted 1,40,694 equity shares as stock options to employees
New Delhi: UTI Asset Management Company Limited on Saturday announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of UTI Asset Management Company Limited has approved the issuance of 1,40,694 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each pursuant to the exercise of options by eligible employees under ‘UTI AMC’. The allotment has been approved. ‘Employee Stock Option Plan – 2007’, the company announced through an exchange filing. The face value of each equity share is Rs 10.
After the allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the company will increase from Rs 1,27,03,99,260 (12,70,39,926 equity shares of face value Rs 10) to Rs 1,27,18. ₹06,200 (12,71,80,620 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each).

Shares of UTI Asset Management Company Limited closed at Rs 824, down 0.78 per cent at 3:30 pm on Friday.
Earlier on December 11, 2023, UTI had allotted 17,158 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each as per exercise of options by eligible employees under ‘UTI AMC Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2007’.
