Mirzapur: Let us tell you that on October 30, creating an atmosphere of anarchy, a huge disturbance was created in Sadguru Mata Hospital, a registered private hospital located in Gram Panchayat Arajiline Sultanpur under Adalpura police post in Chunar police station area of the district, by the anarchists of the village itself. Hundreds of miscreants from the village came together to spoil the atmosphere of the hospital and vandalized it by pelting stones and one lakh seventy thousand rupees kept in the cash counter were looted.
It is known that on October 27, 2023, Ravindra Patel, son of late Hiralal Patel, resident of the same village, aged about 33 years, came to the private registered hospital located in Gram Panchayat Arajiline Sultanpur under Chunar police station area for treatment due to being suffering from dengue disease and his wife Mrs. Madhuri. On the basis of Devi’s consent and as per medical advice, the said Ravindra Patel was admitted to the hospital and treatment etc. was started. During the admission, the platelet count of the said patient was 22000, which again after examination on 29 October 2023, it was found that the platelets had suddenly decreased. It increased to 12000, immediately after which platelets were ordered by the hospital and after testing again through lab on 30 October 2023, the platelets increased to 25000 and the patient’s condition was improving. Meanwhile, the family members of the admitted patient approached the doctors of the hospital. There was a demand to discharge the patient as per Lama procedure and after completing the documentation process, the hospital doctor discharged the patient from the hospital as per Lama procedure.
Again from the hospital on 30/10/2023 at 10:37 am, the patient’s family took their patient to some other hospital where Ravindra Patel, son of late Hiralal Patel died during treatment. Giving the above information, Hospital Manager Mr. Sunil Kumar Prajapati said that the anarchists of the village have illegally made the issue an issue and in our hospital, residents of the same village, Nitesh Singh Patel, son of Mr. Brijendra Patel, Jaiprakash Maurya, son of late Devraj Maurya, Amit Maurya, son of Shri Suresh Maurya, Ajit Maurya, son of late Subhash Maurya, Brijendra Patel, son of late Hiralal Patel, Pritam Maurya, son of Hari Maurya, Akash Maurya, son of late Subhash Maurya, etc., hundreds of people united and vandalized the hospital and abused the office. It seemed that the LED TV of the CCTV camera was broken and one lakh seventy thousand rupees kept in the counter were looted. The said miscreants pelted stones heavily at the hospital due to which the glass of the cabin on the first floor of the hospital broke and an attempt was made to carry out a fatal attack on the hospital manager Mr. Sunil Kumar Prajapati by pelting stones, due to which the four-wheeler vehicle number of the hospital manager concerned was damaged. -The glass of UP 63V4412 was broken and caused huge damage.
In the above case, after identifying the miscreants as per the footage of the CCTV camera, on behalf of the hospital, on 01/11/2023, a letter was written to the Superintendent of Police, Mirzapur, including the area officer and the police station incharge, Chunar, through registered post speed post, Uttar Pradesh Medical Care Service personnel and medical A demand has been made to take constitutional action by registering a first information report under the Nursing Service Institution (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property Act) – 2013.
