Vijay to introduce Thaveka candidates today
Tamil Nadu: Vijay will introduce all 234 TDP candidates for the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections today.
As the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections are scheduled for April 23rd, parties are fully engaged in electioneering. Furthermore, parties are also introducing contesting candidates. While the AIADMK introduced its candidates in two phases, the DMK’s list of 164 candidates was released in a single phase by party leader and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Saturday. Party coordinator Seeman, who previously introduced the Naam Tamilar Party candidates, is currently engaged in intensive campaigning.
In this context, party leader Vijay will introduce the Tamil Nadu Victory Party candidates today. At the event, which will be held at a private hotel in Nungambakkam, Chennai, Vijay will introduce the 234 candidates contesting the Tamil Nadu elections and the 30 candidates for the Puducherry Assembly elections.
Moreover, with nomination filing set to begin tomorrow (March 30), reports suggest that all TDP candidates have been ordered to file their nominations at the same time.
