VIJAYAWADA: Vijaya’s Ravi Heart Care Center to become operational from tomorrow

Vijayawada: Dr G Sarathbabu, CEO, Vijaya Super Specialty Hospital, announced that Vijaya’s Ravi Heart Care Center will become operational from January 21, aiming to provide contemporary treatment for heart diseases to a wider audience.

During a press conference held at his hospital in Suryaraopet on Friday, Dr Sarathbabu highlighted Vijaya Super Specialty Hospital’s decade-long commitment in providing super specialty medical services.

He emphasized that heart disease is a global issue and to address this concern, Vijaya’s Ravi Heart Care Center has been inaugurated with eminent doctors, providing the highest standard of care. The formal opening is scheduled for January 21.

Dr A Ravikumar, senior interventional cardiologist with 12 years of experience in modern cardiology treatment, outlined the range of services available at the centre.

These include coronary angiogram, coronary angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, advanced device closure treatments for heart holes, bypass surgeries, valve replacement surgeries, balloon valvotomy treatments and other modern interventions.

Dr Prashant Prabhu, a highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeon specializing in bypass surgery, leads the medical team. The center has state-of-the-art facilities, including the world’s rarest Shimadzu Cath Lab from Japan, advanced operation theatre, cardiac ICU and deluxe rooms for patients.
