Village youth arrested in porn CD case, action taken on the instructions of Home Ministry

In the letter sent from the Home Ministry for investigation, it has been said that after reviewing the CD, two minor boys and a girl were found doing obscene and objectionable acts.

The Instagram holder has broadcast the obscene movie on social media from his mobile. The boy and girl seen in the movie appear to be completely minor. Since the act of the accused was found to be under Section 67 (a), 67 (b) of the Information and Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, a crime against the mobile holder has been registered and taken up for investigation.
