Villagers caught bike thief red handed and then beat him up

Motihari: Villagers caught a bike thief red-handed while stealing in Turkaulia police station area of East Champaran district. The angry villagers tied the thief to a pole and beat him severely. After this the villagers called 112 and handed over the thief to the police. The incident took place in Pashurpur village of Turkaulia police station area. The video of a thief being tied to a pole and beaten has gone viral on social media.
