Villagers upset due to power cut and low voltage, demonstrated on the road today
Pithora. In Pithora of Mahasamund, the people of the area seem to be quite troubled due to the problem of continuous power cuts and low voltage. Due to power cuts, people are also facing shortage of water. Due to this, anger is now being seen among the people. The villagers demonstrated today and asked for stopping the power cuts. The protesters said that if the power cuts are not stopped, they will not vote.
It is being told that the problem of power cut and low voltage is continuing in the area for the last 2 months. At present the voltage has completely stopped, due to which fans, coolers, fridges are not able to run at all in this scorching heat and even other electrical appliances are getting damaged. People say that there has not been so much problem of power cuts and low voltage in the last 5 years, but after the change of government, this problem has increased.
