Violent clash between two parties in land dispute, 7 people badly injured

In Supaul, two sides clashed with each other in a land dispute. This dispute was going on for the last 5 years. The dispute increased so much that both the parties clashed with each other. In which 7 people have been badly injured. The injured include 4 women. The victim told that suddenly 36 people entered his house, first their house was stolen and then they started beating the family members. Everyone was rescued with the help of local villagers and admitted to the hospital.
Violent clash over land dispute
The incident is of Navtol Ward 16 of Kariho Panchayat under Sadar police station of Supaul district. Where there has been a violent clash between the two sides for a small piece of land. In this fight, 7 people from one side were badly injured. The injured include 4 women and three men. It is being told about the matter that for the last 5 years there was a dispute regarding a piece of land. In the past too, both have clashed with each other many times.
The dispute was going on for 5 years
Regarding the matter, the victim told that he was having a dispute with a person named Gajendra Sharma for 5 years. Regarding this dispute, Gajendra Sharma along with about 36 people forcefully entered my house. First my house was looted and then they started beating the members present in the house. My wife, my brother, sister-in-law and my old parents were badly injured in this incident.
Treatment of the injured is going on
All were rescued with the help of local villagers and admitted to Supaul Sadar Hospital. Regarding the matter, Sadar Police Station Manoj Kumar Mahato told that there was an incident of fight in the land dispute. Appropriate legal action will be taken after investigating the matter.
