Vivo will be launching its next foldable device- Vivo X Fold 3 Pro on June 6 and the manufacturer is planning to compete with the likes of Samsung, OnePlus as well as Oppo. As the market is growing for foldable smartphones we expect a lot of specs on the new X Fold 3 Pro that will make it likeable for the users to opt it. The company has also teased AI features on the device.
“Meet the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro. This is more than just another fold phone. This is India’s best fold ever. It’s slimmer, lighter, brighter, bigger, and more powerful than any other fold phone you’ve seen before. Stay tuned,” said Vivo India on its official X handle. The manufacturer has also revealed the details of the launch date of the smartphone. The device will be available for purchase on Flipkart as well as on offline stores. It is priced at 9999 yuan in China and this means that in India, the device will be placed under Rs 1.5 lakh.
Specifications
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is expected to get the same specs as featured in the Chinese counterpart. Vivo X Fold 3 Pro might offer Carbon Fibre Keel component in its hinge mechanism and it will be first device to do so. According to the testing done by TUV Rheinland, we get to know that the device will sustain 500,000 folds and which means for almost 12 years of use.
The device offers 6.53-inch cover display and 8.03-inch inner AMOLED LTPO folding display. This will offer 2480 x 2200 pixels of resolution and refresh rate of 120Hz. There will also be Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. The teasers have shown that the device will use ZEISS optics and will weigh 236 grams. The thickness of the device will be 11.2mm. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with Adreno GPU. It get up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage.
Speaking about camera specs, we get 50MP ultra sensing primary camera with OIS, 64MP telephoto lens and 50MP ultrawide lens. A 32-megapixel front camera is present for selfies and video calls. The device also gets a massive 5700mAh battery.
